1. Agreement between User and Woodward Community Media

Welcome to this Woodward Community Media (“WCM”) website. This website (the "Site") is operated by Woodward Community Media, a Division of Woodward Communications, Inc. ("WCI"). This Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms").

Your use of this Site constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read them carefully. The Site is intended for entertainment and information, and to provide opportunities to participate in contests and sweepstakes.

2. Electronic Communications

Visiting this Site or sending emails through this site constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

3. Your Account and Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for restricting access to your devices. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

  • WCM is not responsible for third-party access resulting from theft or misappropriation of your account.

WCM does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of thirteen (13). If you are under 18, you may use this Site only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

WCM is controlled and operated from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. You agree that you will not use WCM content in any country or manner prohibited by applicable international laws or regulations.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WCM, its officers, directors, and employees from any losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WCM BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SITE. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SITE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE.

11. Termination and Governing Law

WCM reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Wisconsin for all disputes arising from Site use.

12. Changes to Terms

WCM reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. The most current version will supersede all previous versions. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically.
